They have been especially formulated to provide your body with adequate amounts of protein, carbohydrates, fats and nutrients – all to support your metabolic processes.

Breakfast

Lower-Sodium Veggie Omelette

Approx. calories for this meal = 300

Ingredients:
1 large Omega-3 egg
1 cup egg white
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp onion, chopped
2 tbsp sweet red pepper, chopped
2 tsp green pepper, chopped
1 small pear

Instructions:
Lightly beat together egg and egg whites in a bowl. Coat an omelette pan with oil and place over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and cook until mixture is thickened and no visible liquid remains. Add chopped onion and peppers. Let cook for a minute or so. Fold omelette in half. Place on a plate and serve with fruit.

Lunch

Mango and Salmon Salad

Approx. calories for this meal = 400

Ingredients:
4 oz roasted salmon
1/2 mango
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 cups fresh spinach
1/4 avocado

Instructions:
Cut roasted salmon into cubes. In a large bowl, combine salmon with chunks of mango. In a small bowl, use a fork to whisk together chopped cilantro, lime juice and olive oil. Add spinach, avocado, salmon and mango to large bowl. Dress with cilantro mixture and toss. Enjoy!

Dinner

Apple Turkey Stir-Fry

Approx. calories for this meal = 400

Ingredients:
5 oz raw turkey breast, sliced
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup snow peas
1/4 tsp fresh basil
1 tsp water
1/4 large apple, sliced
2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions:
Stir-fry sliced turkey breast in a non-stick skillet with 1/2 tsp of olive oil, until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet. Add the remaining 1/2 tsp of olive oil and stir-fry onions, green peppers, snow peas, basil and water until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Add in apples and turkey. Create a side salad by combining the lettuce, cucumber, red pepper and balsamic vinegar. Serve together.

Snack Smoothies

Green Machine

Approx. calories for this meal = 200

Ingredients:
1 scoop U-Turn
1 scoop U-Protein
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale, chopped
2 tbsp mint, chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2 cups water and/or ice

Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

Roasted Vegetables

Roast a variety of vegetables, including Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, fennel, eggplant, zucchini and leeks. Add your favourite spices and a tiny bit of water and enjoy!
